Below is a list of common solutions to most user issues with the Allison Transmission HUB. Please contact your local IT Administrator for assistance with these solutions.


  1. Supported Browsers - The Allison Transmission HUB currently requires the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer™ 8 or higher.
  2. Allison HUB Login Problem
    1. Close all browser instances (including this Online Help window).
    2. Go to https://www.allisontransmission.com/ (make sure you have the www in the URL, do not use a bookmark that does not have them and do not type allisontransmission.com).
    3. Once the homepage loads, go to the Allison HUB and try to login again.
  3. Enable Cookies: Please see the Allison Transmission cookies policy for further information (https://www.allisontransmission.com/cookies/)
  4. Clear your local browser cache- If you are seeing old content, attempt to clear the cache on your local browser.
  5. Enable Java and JavaScript - Use must have Java and JavaScript enabled in your browser to use the Allison Transmission HUB.
  6. Enable Pop-Ups - The Allison Transmission HUB makes limited use of Pop-Up windows. These Pop-Ups are generally used for the purpose of Help and Print functions, and are not used for tracking or advertising purposes. If you have a "Pop-Up" blocking system installed on your browser, use should disable it while using the Allison HUB, or place the Allison Transmission web sites on the "Allowed Sites" list in your software.
  7. Restart your browser - Due to general platform issues, it may be required that you restart your browser by closing all active windows. If you are have persistent issues with the Allison Transmission HUB that requires a browser shutdown, contact your local IT Administrator for assistance.
